Sell your Property Right the First Time!
Using our Key Marketing Plan

  • Enter the property into MLS (Multiple Listing System) within 48 hours of listing.
  • Install a professional yard sign along with an information flyer box.
  • Provide an easy-access lockbox (our office coordinator tracks all showings).
  • Prepare property profile flyer and provide owner with copies.
  • Mail 100 “just listed” cards to neighbors in the surrounding area.
  • Place advertisements in your local newspaper's "New To The Market" section.
  • Hold an open house at least 3 times during listing period or until sold.
  • Place advertisements in the "Open House Directory" section of the Arizona Republic.
  • Follow up with open house prospects and report to seller.
  • Provide a virtual tour of the inside and outside of the home as well as photographs.
